This small-sized studio apartment was planned by the customer for renting out. In this case, we preferred the Loft style, while leaving the existing concrete floor and load-bearing walls unfinished.
When working with such objects, it is especially important not to go beyond the budget, but at the same time create a stylish interior, taking into account all the principles of ergonomics.
To create an interior in Loft style, a large room without partitions and concrete or brick walls typical of a loft is ideal. The design of the space should be a combination of modern and old (intentionally aged) materials, textures and surfaces.
By skillfully combining the distinctive elements of style, even in a small apartment with low ceilings, you can achieve the desired effect and bring urban touches to the design of a smart apartment.
An interesting decorative accent in this project is a plaster panel on a concrete wall in the form of a bas-relief.

The bathroom, in the style of its design, is in tune with the general concept of the interior of the apartment. The wall-hung washbasin unit with lighting at the bottom creates an impression of lightness, despite the very small size of the room, the bathroom does not seem too crowded.
